Inclusive from Hire To Hospitality

At Fun Coast Bartending, we’re committed to welcoming everyone—both behind and in front of the bar. We hire based on potential and passion, not background, and we’re proud to serve any community member who walks through our doors.

We believe diversity of thought, identity, and experience fuels creativity, builds camaraderie, and strengthens our service. While we don’t run formal training programs, we maintain ongoing openness: we hire without bias, stay curious, and value feedback from our guests and team.
Our approach is simple and sincere—equip our team with fair opportunities, treat each person with respect, and ensure every event and client feels valued. This philosophy guides us every day—and grows with us.
We also take pride in supporting the diverse communities we serve. Whether we’re partnering with local nonprofits, contributing in-kind services, or lifting up causes that matter to our team, we believe showing up for our neighbors is part of great hospitality.
Every Guest, Every Glass

A Note from the Founder
When I started Fun Coast Bartending in 2012, I didn’t set out to build a company based on checklists or buzzwords. I set out to build a team that shows up with heart, treats people with respect, and makes every event feel like a celebration—no matter who’s hosting or who’s behind the bar.
We don’t screen clients based on who they are or what kind of party they’re throwing. If your event is a good fit, we’re in. Same goes for our team—if you’ve got the passion and the hustle, we’ll make space for you.
Over the years, we’ve served alongside all kinds of people, for all kinds of causes. From baby showers to fundraisers, galas to backyard BBQs—our approach stays the same: serve well, support each other, and keep the vibe generous.
At Fun Coast Bartending, we’re always growing, always listening, and always striving to reflect the vibrant, diverse community we’re lucky to be part of. Everyone’s welcome here.
