Services Provided

Fun Coast Bartending offers professional bartending and event staffing services in Flagler and Volusia counties. We do not provide or sell alcohol. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages and for ensuring all alcohol service complies with local and state laws.

Booking & Inquiries

Inquiries may be submitted via our website, email, phone, or text. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability or reserve services. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official service agreement or invoice from us.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or booking agreement. A deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Final payment is typically due on or before the date of service. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees based on staffing or coordination already completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes.

Communication Consent

By submitting a form or providing your contact information, you agree to receive email communications from us related to your inquiry or event.
We do not send automated or promotional text messages. However, we may respond via text message if you initiate contact or if text is the best method to coordinate details regarding your booking.

Liability

Fun Coast Bartending is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal liability arising from alcohol consumption at your event.
Clients are fully responsible for maintaining a safe environment and complying with all alcohol service laws and venue regulations.
