Espresso Martini
Espresso Martini
Served: Up, in a martini glass
Garnish: Three coffee beans for health, wealth, and happiness!

Ingredients:
-
2 oz vodka
-
0.5 oz coffee liqueur (Mark prefers Mr. Black 🔗)
-
2.5 oz cold brew espresso

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until frothy and strain into a chilled martini glass.

New York Sour
Fresh Sour Mix (Mark's recipe)

5 lemons
-
5 limes
-
2 cups of filtered water
-
1 cup of granulated sugar
-
3 tbsp organic egg liquid egg whites (optional)
​
Peel one lemon and one lime, preserving the peels. In a medium saucepan combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and the citrus peels. Let cook over medium heat, do not boil. Just when the liquid starts to roll remove from the heat Stir off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
While the liquid is cooling, juice the remaining lemons and limes. You can remove the peels from the sauce pa or leave them in. It is a matter of preference.
In a carafe large enough to hold 5 cups, combine all liquids and shake well. Refrigerate for up to 4 days if you add the egg whites.
New York Sour
Served: Over ice in a large rocks glass
Garnish: Cherry and an orange slice.
Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon or whiskey
-
balance with sour mix (around 2 oz)

0.5 oz or less of dry red wine

Build over ice in the rocks glass. Pour into a shaker and shake it awake. Float red wine by pouring it over the back of a spoon. Serve in the same glass with a garnish.

Barbados Rum Punch
Rum Punch: The cocktail that comes with a song!

One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak //
A dash of bitters and a sprinkle of spice, serve well chilled with plenty of ice.

Ingredients:

.5 oz lime juice
-
1 oz simple syrup
-
1.5 oz rum
-
2 oz water
-
1 dash Angostura bitters
-
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
​
Build over ice in a tall glass. Add lime juice, syrup, rum, and water. Shake until chilled. Top with grated nutmeg, a dash of bitters, and a lime wheel.
